Q3 2026 About Sigma Orthopedics Sigma Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is a next-generation musculoskeletal center of excellence integrating advanced orthopedic surgery, orthobiologics, and performance-based care. Our model blends elite clinical care with technology, research, and education through our affiliation with the newly established orthopedic residency program at Hudson Regional. We provide care for a diverse and high-performance patient population, including: Semi-professional and select professional athletic teams 25-50 regional high school athletic programs Active adult and concierge-level patients Our philosophy emphasizes joint preservation, minimally invasive techniques, orthobiologics, and optimized functional recovery . Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our expanding orthopedic team. This is a dynamic, full-spectrum role encompassing operating room first assist, outpatient clinic care, and medical-legal case support , with additional opportunities in education, research, and program development . This position is ideal for both experienced PAs and new graduates seeking structured onboarding and high-level orthopedic training. Core Responsibilities1. Clinical Practice (Clinic + Office-Based Care) Evaluate and manage orthopedic and sports medicine patients Perform history, physical exams, and treatment planning Assist with and perform procedures (injections, aspirations, orthobiologics) Coordinate imaging, rehabilitation, and longitudinal care pathways Participate in multi-site clinic coverage (within ~1.5-mile radius clusters) 2.Surgical / Operating
Room Responsibilities First assist in orthopedic procedures (arthroscopy, joint preservation, fracture care) Pre-operative planning and post-operative management Assist in advanced procedures including biologic augmentation techniques 3. Medical-Legal / Documentation Assist in preparation of medical-legal documentation Support IME reviews, causality statements, and impairment evaluations Ensure high-level, defensible clinical documentation standards 4. Education & Academic Involvement Participate in teaching and mentorship of orthopedic residents Contribute to clinical education, case conferences, and didactics Opportunity for research involvement and academic collaborationPractice Structure Primary Hub:
