POSITION OVERVIEW

Outpatient primary care role serving underserved and diverse patient populations Opportunity to provide full-scope Family Medicine services within collaborative community healthcare setting Structured weekday schedule with designated administrative time built into workflow Team-based environment emphasizing continuity of care and integrated patient support Southern New Jersey location offering access to Philadelphia, the Jersey Shore, and strong community-centered living

COMPENSATION

Base Salary:

$110,000

• $120,000 based on experience Education loan repayment eligibility available

SCHEDULE

Monday through Friday schedule 8:00 AM

• 5:00 PM One late clinic day weekly Rotating shared on-call schedule ROLE Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and patient history reviews Diagnose health conditions using clinical evaluations, labs, diagnostics, and medical records Develop and manage individualized patient care plans Monitor patient progress and therapeutic responses Order labs, diagnostics, and specialty referrals as needed Prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal regulations Coordinate discharge planning and follow-up care Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Requirements:

Master's degree from accredited Physician Assistant program

REQUIRED

Active New Jersey Physician Assistant license

REQUIRED

Valid CDS, DEA, and CPR certification

REQUIRED

Strong verbal and written communication skills

REQUIRED

Experience in Family Practice or community health setting preferred Ability to work independently within collaborative team environment
