This is an opportunity for a skilled Surgical Oncologist to play a central role in the continued growth and development of the Surgical Oncology Program. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive consultation and surgical care for patients with complex and advanced malignancies, working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary oncology team.
Key responsibilities include:
Management of complex and advanced malignancies of the gastrointestinal tract, including: Gastric, pancreatic, and hepatobiliary cancers and small bowel, colon, and rectal cancers Treatment of skin malignancies, including: Melanoma, Squamous cell carcinoma, Basal cell carcinoma Surgical management of neoplastic and related diseases involving the pancreas, liver, biliary tree, gastrointestinal tract, skin, and soft tissue Participation in multidisciplinary tumor boards and collaborative care planning
Salary Range:
$425,000-$675,000 base salary only; excludes any quality and/or productivity incentives Fellowship trained and board certified in surgical oncology Experienced physicians (preferred), at least 3 years out from fellowship training Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey Demonstrated success working individually and as part of a team Atlantic Medical Group is a physician-led and physician-governed organization that delivers the highest quality health care, at the right place, the right price, and the right time.
