Description Physician Assistant - NHSC-Approved Site, Bronx174th We are seeking a dedicated, patient-centered Physician Assistant to join our clinical team. This position is located at a federally designated Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) site with active NHSC site credentials. Clinicians hired into this role can directly pursue student loan repayment options through active NHSC federal service cycles.

What You'll Get Competitive Base Salary Range:
$125,000 - $188,000/year (or hourly equivalent depending on schedule structure).
Performance Bonus:
Up to $45,000 annual incentive potential.
Immediate Transition Assistance:
Up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus to ease the transition from graduation to practice.

How You'll Make an Impact Provide comprehensive primary care and urgent care clinical services, evaluating and managing acute and chronic conditions. Conduct physical exams, screenings, preventive care, and appropriate diagnostic workups. Document clinical care accurately and promptly within the EMR. Coordinate with care teams, medical assistants, front desk, and referral partners within our comprehensive system of care. Support access to care for diverse patient populations, adhering strictly to Nao Medical clinical, compliance, and patient-experience standards. Maintain required licensure, DEA registration, credentialing, and payer enrollment. Requirements NYS PA license + NCCPA certification Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies EMR experience and strong HIPAA knowledge FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months DEA preferred or willingness to obtain
