The RN Assistant Nurse Manager of ED will help lead a dedicated team caring for emergency and trauma patients in a fast-paced clinical setting. Reporting directly to the Emergency Department Nurse Manager, the Emergency Assistant Nurse Manager will assist with daily operations, staffing, scheduling and quality initiatives. This nurse leader will work closely with charge nurses, physicians, educators and interdisciplinary teams to maintain excellent patient care standards. The Supervisor of the Emergency Department will mentor staff, support performance improvement efforts, and help foster a collaborative team culture.
