Oregon Rheumatology Clinic Join a Growing, Patient-Centered Rheumatology Practice Oregon Rheumatology is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically skilled Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our collaborative rheumatology team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced rheumatologists in a supportive outpatient setting focused on delivering exceptional care to patients with autoimmune and musculoskeletal diseases. We are looking for a provider who values patient relationships, evidence-based medicine, and team collaboration. Position Highlights Full-time outpatient position Collaborative physician support and mentorship Manage a diverse rheumatology patient population Competitive compensation package with bonus opportunities every quarter after the first year Benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Aflac, CME allowance, and 401K Opportunity for professional growth and long-term career development Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with rheumatologic conditions Perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians Monitor biologic and immunosuppressive therapies Order and interpret laboratory and imaging studies Educate patients regarding chronic disease management and treatment options Document clinical encounters accurately and efficiently in the EMR Participate in care coordination with referring providers and specialists Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Current Oregon PA license (or ability to obtain) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care Why Oregon Rheumatology?
