Emergency Department Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physicians Assistant (PA)

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Department Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our emergency team. This position is with Emergency Medical Associates of McMinnville (EMAM) at Willamette Valley Medical Center in located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. McMinnville, Oregon is a vibrant college town within a 1-hour drive of the Oregon coast, mountains and Portland Metro area. Great community with fantastic restaurants, wine and beer scene, and close to many outdoor pursuits. 25,000 ED patients/year in a 20 bed ED. Level III trauma center with good specialty call coverage, transfer rate less than 2%, admit rate 15%. Well-balanced community practice seeing approximately 12% peds under 12 and 30% adults over 65. Competitive pay, negotiable based on experience. Flexible shift times and monthly hours available Experience Valid certification as an NP or PA with current state licensure. Previous urgent care or preferably Emergency Medicine experience required. Hands-on experience performing procedures. APPs have the opportunity to do full spectrum emergency care including provider in triage, resuscitation and trauma care with appropriate credentials and post graduation training.

Pay:

$100.00 - $125.00 per hour
