New grads, welcome! UHC Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, physician-led specialty practice in Salem, Oregon seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join their growing team. We will tell you all about the specialty in the screening call. Why This Opportunity Stands Out 4-day work week (4x10 schedule) No overnight call responsibilities Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient rounding Structured mentorship and specialty training Independent physician-led practice Stable patient volume and long-term growth opportunity New graduates encouraged to apply Position OverviewOutpatient Clinic Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations, histories, and physical exams Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing Develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care Maintain accurate EMR documentation Coordinate referrals and follow-up care Inpatient / Hospital Responsibilities (Rotational) Assist physicians with inpatient consults and rounding Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with care teams Support discharge planning and continuity of care Collaborate with hospitalists and specialty providers Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program NCCPA certification required Active Oregon PA license or ability to obtain prior to start ACLS certification preferred Specialty practice experience preferred but not required We're seeking a Physician Assistant who is: Patient-focused and collaborative Comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment Interested in developing specialty expertise Organized, adaptable, and team-oriented Eager to learn and grow within a supportive practice Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer contribution Additional retirement contributions may be available Paid time off CME allowance and professional development support Location Located in Oregon's scenic Willamette Valley, Salem offers a high quality of life with access to outdoor recreation, wine country, coastal destinations, and Portland — all while maintaining a lower cost of living than many major metro areas.
