Physician Assistant - Neurosurgery

A large and rapidly growing healthcare system in Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time Neurosurgery Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join an established and expanding neurosurgery team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced providers and motivated new graduates looking to gain hands-on experience within a highly specialized surgical environment. The team handles a broad mix of cranial and spine cases and offers full-scope exposure across inpatient rounding, operating room first assist responsibilities, and outpatient clinic care. Providers work closely with multiple neurosurgeons and experienced APPs in a collaborative and supportive setting. Schedule is primarily Monday through Friday daytime hours with limited call responsibilities. No routine weekend shifts outside of call coverage. Compensation:
