Are you living your life's work? Position Description Join our growing surgical otolaryngology practice at an exciting time of expansion. We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled PA-C to join our collaborative team of 5 physicians and 1 audiologist. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the development of this role while providing comprehensive ENT care across all age groups in both clinical and surgical settings.
Hours:
Mon-Fri. 8:30am - 5:00pm; participation in call coverage rotation Why Join Our Team? Dynamic growth phase with new providers joining the practice and expanded service offerings Opportunity to influence and develop the PA-C role within the practice Collaborative team environment with experienced ENT surgeons Comprehensive ENT practice offering diverse clinical and surgical experiences Advanced services including on-site audiology and upcoming cochlear implant program Position Responsibilities Evaluate and manage new and established patients independently across all age groups (birth to 100+ years), including special needs patients Perform in-office procedures High-volume office setting Surgical assist Position Requirements Current PA-C certification Current licensure as a Physician Assistant by the PA Board of Medicine. Minimum 3 years of experience as a practicing PA-C, 5+ years preferred Experience in otolaryngology or surgical specialty strongly preferred Comfort treating patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative practice approach Strong clinical skills and procedural competency Why Penn Medicine?
