Job Description

Duties:
  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders
  • Prescribe and manage medications for patients
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of patients in treatment
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients
  • Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Requirements:
  • Certified Physican Assistant Licensed
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license with specialization in psychiatric-mental health
  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
  • Strong knowledge of psychiatric disorders, treatments, and medications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
Skills:
  • Proficient in conducting Psychiatric evaluations
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and genenitic test results
  • Strong research skills to stay updated on the latest advancements in psychiatric care Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

$105,000.00
  • $150,000.
