Work Shift:
- Primarily days with possible weekends/evenings/holidays (United States of America)
- Position Highlights
- + Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP)
- Board of Nursing + Registered Nurse (RN)
- Board of Nursing + Federal Drug Enforcement Admin
- Federal DEA and State CSR + In coordination with the physician, oversees the care and management of chronic dialysis patients. + This includes monthly rounding and charting of patients at the Sioux Falls chronic dialysis unit in addition to outreach sites in South Dakota and Minnesota. + Must be licensed in SD and MN

- A Brief Overview
- Provides appropriate medical care to all patients by assessing physical, psychological and social dimensions of patients to develop a plan of care.
- What you will do
- + Assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients according to medical staff approved protocol and acceptable standards of practice.
- Essential Qualifications
- The individual must be able to work the hours specified.
Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
- + Certified Physician Assistant
- National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) Upon Hire and + Federal Drug Enforcement Admin
- US Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Admin State and federal based on state practice Upon Hire and + Physician Assistant
- Licensing Board Must be licensed and qualified to practice in the state based on job assignment Upon Hire
