Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant with interest or experience in Neurology to join our growing outpatient neurology team at TruNeurocare. The PA will work closely with the supervising neurologist to evaluate and manage patients with a wide range of neurological conditions in an outpatient setting.

ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and manage neurology patients as directed by the supervising neurologistSee follow-up patients and selected new patients based on physician assignment and clinical appropriatenessObtain histories and perform neurological examinationsDevelop assessment and treatment plans under physician collaborationManage patients with neurological conditions including:

Headache and migraine disordersParkinsons disease and movement disordersNeuropathyDementia and cognitive disordersStroke follow-up and cerebrovascular diseaseSeizure disordersOrder and interpret laboratory studies and imaging under supervising physician guidanceProvide patient and family educationDocument accurately in EMRParticipate in telemedicine visits as appropriateCollaborate with therapists, PCPs, and specialistsAssist with care coordination and medication managementClinical StructurePatient assignment and complexity will be determined by the supervising neurologist.
