We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our growing team in Cardiovascular Surgery . Our group consists of 15+ highly skilled providers who deliver exceptional surgical assistance across cardiovascular, thoracic, transplant surgery. We currently partner with more than 25 surgeons in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, assisting in over 500 surgical procedures each month. We have been providing services in the North Texas area since 1997. We are experiencing continued growth in the Dallas - Fort Worth area with new hospital and physician contracts. In this role, you will primarily function as a First Assist in surgery and perform Endoscopic Vessel Harvesting. We offer a long-term position—not locum tenens—in a highly desirable metro area, providing stability and opportunities for professional growth. Our team-based approach ensures cross-coverage and training to maintain work-life balance, while fostering strong relationships with surgeons and hospital staff throughout the community. Our services vary at each facility, although the majority of our work is intra-operative, providing: First Assisting Adult Cardiac, Vascular, Thoracic First Assisting in Heart and Kidney Transplant procedures Endoscopic Vessel Harvesting of Saphenous Vein and Radial artery (Getinge System) DaVinci Robotic Procedures Congenital Cardiac and Thoracic Surgery First-Assisting, (

Acuity:

1 year minimum

Endoscopic Vessel Harvesting:

Minimum 100 documented cases with the Getinge HemoPro System.
