  • Fort Worth is seeking a skilled Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Vascular Surgery team .
This position offers a mix of outpatient clinic and OR responsibilities , with a heavier emphasis on outpatient care while the physician focuses on surgical procedures. This is an exciting opportunity for an APP looking to work in a dynamic, growing vascular practice .
Key Responsibilities:
Manage outpatient vascular surgery patients (at least 3 clinic days per week) Conduct pre
  • and post-operative care , follow-ups, and new patient consults Round on inpatients and assist in the OR Collaborate closely with the vascular surgeon and team to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate documentation, including treatment plans, clinical notes, and patient education
Qualifications:
PA licensure in Texas 2+ years of relevant experience strongly preferred (vascular, surgical, or related specialty) Comfortable managing outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, and assisting in the OR Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and collaborative mindset
Schedule & Compensation:
5 days per week, 8-hour shifts Weekday and weekend rounding on rotation with another APP Additional pay provided for after-hours and weekend coverage Average patient census: 12 About Vascular Surgical Specialists•
Fort Worth:
Currently 2 full-time vascular surgeons APP team of 3 Collaborative environment focused on high-quality patient care across outpatient, inpatient, and surgical settings

  • EDUCATION
  • Grad of an Accredited Program
  • EXPERIENCE
  • More than 1 Year of Experience
  • CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION
  • Physician Assistants (PA) Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.
