Job Description

Overview Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Grapevine, TX Physical Therapist - Outpatient Salary range: $80,080.00 - $108,804.80 Compensation depends upon candidate's years of experience Responsibilities BSW Rehab Grapevine is currently seeking a skilled and motivated full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary outpatient team. Our patient population consists of general orthopedics, pre/post-ops, trauma, aquatics, sports, work strategies, POETs, and FCEs. We are looking for passionate, self-motivated, flexible, team oriented candidates to add to our growing team. A strong orthopedic background is preferred, but there is opportunity for mentorship with our experienced staff. Our clinic hours vary from 7 AM-7 PM Monday-Thursday and 7 AM-5 PM on Fridays and the position requires 2 early and 2 late shifts per week. Please contact Matt LeCluyse at mlecluyse@bswrehab.com for additional details. As a Physical Therapist at one of our Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, you will work with a team of clinicians. Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan. Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
Patient Case Load Average:
10-12 patients a day Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately Promoting continuous quality improvement Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
