Job Description
Overview Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Grapevine, TX Physical Therapist - Outpatient Salary range: $80,080.00 - $108,804.80 Compensation depends upon candidate's years of experience Responsibilities BSW Rehab Grapevine is currently seeking a skilled and motivated full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary outpatient team. Our patient population consists of general orthopedics, pre/post-ops, trauma, aquatics, sports, work strategies, POETs, and FCEs. We are looking for passionate, self-motivated, flexible, team oriented candidates to add to our growing team. A strong orthopedic background is preferred, but there is opportunity for mentorship with our experienced staff. Our clinic hours vary from 7 AM-7 PM Monday-Thursday and 7 AM-5 PM on Fridays and the position requires 2 early and 2 late shifts per week. Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan. Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
Patient Case Load Average:
10-12 patients a day Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately Promoting continuous quality improvement Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
