Job Description

Hiring Part-Time Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner Job Description We are seeking a Part-Time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team! You will provide healthcare services, under the supervision of a physician. Hours / shifts to be determined together based on availability and need.
Responsibilities:
Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients Population management, in coordination with the care team Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance Develop and implement patient management plans Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Qualifications:
Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner program Experience in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine as a PA or NP Active, non-probationary state license Ability to build trust and relationships with patients Positive attitude and passion for health care Excellent written and verbal communication skills EClinicalWorks EMR is a plus Spanish language skills are a plus Company Description Dr. Prabha Mohan is a leading Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician who has been practicing in Kaufman for 25+ years.
