  • Full-time Job Summary We are a high-growth cosmetic surgery and aesthetics practice seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) to step into a hybrid role as a Surgical First Assist and aesthetic provider .
This is a hands-on position in both the operating room and clinic , with strong autonomy and direct impact on patient outcomes. What You'll Do Serve as Surgical First Assist in cosmetic procedures (suturing, retraction, sterile technique) Perform Botox and dermal filler injections Conduct pre-op and post-op visits See and manage patients independently when the surgeon is unavailable Manage post-operative care and patient outcomes Maintain accurate charting and documentation (EHR) Support clinic flow and deliver a high-end patient experience What We're Looking For Active Texas PA-C license (required) 2+ years surgical / first assist experience (cosmetic preferred) Experience with injectables or strong willingness to be trained Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting Strong clinical judgment, efficiency, and attention to detail Professional, polished, and patient-focused
Personality Matters:
Very personable, likeable, and confident with patients Excellent bedside manner with a luxury, service-driven approach Comfortable being on camera and participating in social media content / light influencing Bonus if you have a hospitality or customer service background What You Get $50
