Looking for a Locum PA with experience in Urgent Care and Occupational Health.

Urgent Care clinic that offers
Occupational Health Documentation System/EMR:
Anthem Will APP be
Working Autonomously:
Yes Supervising Physician Present During Assignment:
Yes, supervising physician will be available via phone
Procedures:
Episodic care, injury treatment
Patient Age Demographic:
Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric Facility will reimburse for the following costs : Mileage billed at the IRS Standard Rate
  • Local providers ONLY Submission Requirements
MUST NOTATE ALL DURING NAME CLEARS
Board Certified (ANCC, AANP)
  • REQUIRED
    Active VA license
  • REQUIRED BLS
  • REQUIRED Provider Must be Local
  • REQUIRED
