Job Description

Required:
National certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) Current Vermont PA license (or willingness to obtain) Healthcare Provider CPR certification (prior to start) DEA certification (prior to start) Most recent NPDB Self Query (within 30 days) Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Physician Assistant Greenstaff Medical is seeking a full-time Orthopedic Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a growing Orthopedics team in Brattleboro, Vermont . This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced orthopedic surgeons, providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care in both clinical and surgical settings . INDITP Key Responsibilities Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments Develop and implement treatment plans under physician supervision Order, review, and interpret diagnostic and imaging studies Assist in orthopedic surgical procedures Manage pre-operative and post-operative care and follow-ups Perform joint injections and other office-based procedures Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and recovery expectations Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Participate in rotational call coverage Ensure compliance with hospital policies, OSHA standards, and patient safety protocols Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
