Job Description

Urology Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Urology Specialist and make a lasting impact on patient care. Your expertise will enhance our committed team, ensuring comprehensive urological care for our diverse patient population.
Required Skills:
Medical degree from an accredited institution with a valid medical license in the state. Board certification or eligibility in Urology. Proven proficiency in outpatient and inpatient urological procedures. Excellent diagnostic and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Availability for 10-12 days per month for on-call duties, including weekends and weekdays as needed. Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience in minimally invasive and robotic surgeries. Previous experience in a hospital or clinic setting. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. At least 3 years of post-residency clinical experience in urology. Prior experience managing on-call responsibilities independently.
Other Requirements:
Availability for a start date of June 8, 2026, for full-time positions. Willingness to participate in scheduled clinic days, operating room procedures, and designated on-call shifts. Ability to perform a variety of urological procedures, including cystoscopies, biopsies, and UDS testing. Possess or obtain necessary licensure, certification, and stay compliant with all relevant state and federal regulations.
