• Friday MultiCare Health System is seeking an experienced Surgical First Assist Physician Assistant to join skilled Women's Careline team!

Work closely with a highly skilled and collaborative team supporting 24 surgeons across multiple MultiCare sites including Good Samaritan, Auburn, Allenmore, Tacoma General, Baker Center and Gig Harbor Growing service in MIGS, Urogynecology, and complex GYN procedures, including combined cases with Colorectal surgery This role offers exposure to high-volume, diverse case mix, strong physician partnerships, and the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, respected surgical program in a dynamic team environment Monday

keen@multicare.org #LI-SK1 Position Summary PA specializing in Women's Health/Gynecologic Surgical Assisting. Provides surgical first assist in the OR for a wide variety of gynecologic cases.

Responsibilities

• Provides surgical first assist in the operating room and may include rounding on patients pre and post operatively.
• Document all patient interactions accurately and timely in the electronic health record (EHR) inclusive of direct patient encounters and asynchronous care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical education, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Collaborate with surgeon and OR care team throughout surgical case.
• Complete peri-operative and quality improvement tasks as assigned. Requirements
• Completion of accredited PA-C, program
• Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
• Must maintain active PA-C licensure throughout employment

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $174,300.00
