CREDENTIALING TIME

License:

Active WA License or IMLC •

ABIM Boards Subspecialty(s):

Dual Boarded:

GI + Transplant Hepatology (at minimum BE in Transplant Hep) •

Skills/Certs:

consult on post-kidney transplant patients, write dialysis orders, manage kidney specific needs and consult on liver patients that need nephrology input •

We are seeking providers to help with calls one week per month starting ASAP.

For Reference:

Hospital

M-F 0800-1200

(4 hours) Break/Lunch 1200-1300 (1 hour) Clinic

M-F 1300-1700

(5 hours) 24/7 call coverage Monday-Sunday offsite phone calls and inpatient consults Adult Transplant Hepatology (ABIM): • Candidates must first achieve gastroenterology certification before applying for the transplant hepatology exam."
