Job Description
Salary Range $63.46

Position Reports To:
Practice Manager Essential Functions Provide specialized health care to patients. Examination, diagnosis, and treatment of both chronic and acute episodic illnesses and minor injuries. Refers to physician as needed. Writes prescriptions and performs office procedures within the scope of expertise, protocols, and available equipment. Staff outpatient endocrinology clinics; focusing primarily on the management of patients with diabetes mellitus, particularly those utilizing insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring devices. Writes prescriptions and performs procedures within the scope of expertise, protocols, and available equipment. Provide comprehensive history and physical examinations for new endocrinology patients. Become proficient in the use, functions, adjustments, interpretation of reports for insulin pumps, and use, functions, of continuous glucose monitoring equipment and interpretation of reports for continuous glucose monitors. Order appropriate diagnosis tests- laboratory, radiology, nuclear medicine, continuous glucose monitoring.

Active Washington State Physician Assistant licensure, required by start date.Desired :
