Job Description
Join a new multispecialty practice backed by an established dermatology group that understands the critical role endocrine function plays in systemic & inflammatory conditions. Integrating endocrinology care in'house fosters meaningful collaboration & a more cohesive patient experience.
Details:
- Guaranteed 2 year base, targeted at the MGMA 75th-100th%, $153K-$197K+, offering stability & long term upside w/o RVU pressure
- Practice at the top of your license within a structured, collaborative model that prioritizes thoughtful care over volume & minimizes fragmented referrals
- 3-5 years of recent experience specifically in Endocrinology
- Diagnose & manage a wide range of endocrine & metabolic conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disease, metabolic syndrome, & other hormonal disorders
- Work closely w/ rheumatology, gastroenterology, allergy/immunology, & dermatology colleagues to co manage complex, multisystem patients
- Practice in an environment that integrates traditional endocrinology w/ functional & preventive medicine principles, including long term health optimization & longevity-focused care
- Thrive in a low fragmentation care model designed to enhance communication, continuity, & outcomes
- Flexible 3-5 day workweek w/ no evenings/weekends
