Responsibilities Manage inpatient CT surgery patients and assist with post

• discharge follow-up Perform rounds, consults, and pre-op evaluations Order, interpret, and communicate labs/diagnostics Develop and execute care plans, discharge planning, and patient education Assist in perioperative care (first assist and conduit harvesting as applicable) Recognize and respond to acute and emergent situations Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and quality measures Participate in education, training, and program development Requirements Experience OR 1st assisting on cardiothoracic surgery cases Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program Board certified (APRN or NCCPA) Eligible for state licensure (multi-state flexibility preferred) BLS required (ACLS as needed)
