Hematology / Oncology Physician (J1 & H1B acceptable) Near the Gulf Coast Hospital-Employed Inpatient & Outpatient If you re a Hematology/Oncology physician looking for a practice where collaboration is real, resources are strong, and life outside the hospital actually exists this opportunity checks all the boxes. A well-established, hospital-employed cancer program is expanding and seeking an additional Hematology/Oncology physician to join a collegial team serving a large regional referral area. This role offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care, excellent clinical support, and the chance to practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced. What the Practice Looks Like Join a collaborative team of experienced Hem/Onc physicians Monday Friday clinic schedule (8:00am 4:30pm) Shared call schedule (1:4) Integrated cancer center with onsite infusion and radiation therapy Multidisciplinary tumor boards and strong care coordination Full clinical and administrative support so you can focus on patients Outpatient chemotherapy administered onsite Why This Role Stands Out Competitive base salary with wRVU bonus potential $100,000 sign-on bonus Paid malpractice with tail coverage Annual CME and professional expense allowance Student loan repayment options (PSLF-eligible) Comprehensive benefits package Paid interview expenses The Clinical Environment You ll practice in a modern, full-service medical center that serves as a regional hub for advanced care.
