The practice operates from a single location and provides comprehensive outpatient and surgical gynecologic care alongside a full obstetrics program. New and recent residency graduates completing training in 2026 or 2027 are welcome to apply. Schedule This is a full-time position with a balanced clinical model consisting of an approximately 50/50 mix of obstetrics and gynecology. Weekend call is structured on a 1:6 rotation with double coverage, which means no physician covers call alone. Specific shift hours and on-call expectations should be confirmed with the practice prior to accepting an offer. Compensation Base salary is competitive and commensurate with experience, with productivity bonuses available after an established ramp period. Partnership opportunity exists for physicians who meet performance and tenure criteria. Sign-on and relocation assistance are also offered. Specific compensation figures will be discussed during the interview process. What You'll Do In this role, you will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to a diverse patient population across both inpatient and outpatient settings. Your clinical work will include prenatal and postpartum management, routine and complex gynecologic office visits, minimally invasive surgery, and robotic-assisted surgical procedures using the practice's onsite robotics platform. You will also collaborate on cases involving urogynecology and pelvic pain with subspecialist colleagues within the same group. You will work alongside a nine-physician team that includes specialists in urogynecology and pelvic pain, allowing for warm referrals and coordinated care without sending patients to outside facilities for most subspecialty needs. Onsite ancillary services include mammography and maternal-fetal medicine consultation, supporting a full continuum of women's health care under one roof. As the practice grows and expands its facility footprint to accommodate additional providers, there will be opportunity to contribute to the development of care protocols, team culture, and departmental planning in a meaningful way.
