Alabama Medical Cannabis Physician The Green Remedy Montgomery, AL Job Details Part-time | Contract $180 - $250 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Direct patient care Treating patients as a physician Patient assessment Clinical documentation Medical License Physical therapy patient education Full Job Description Job Overview The Green Remedy is seeking a physician to provide medical cannabis evaluations and certifications for qualifying patients in Alabama. This position is flexible and supported by a full administrative team that handles scheduling, intake, and patient coordination. Responsibilities Evaluate patients for Alabama medical cannabis eligibility Complete certifications in compliance with Alabama regulations Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in in-person clinic days as scheduled Availability Flexible scheduling available. Physicians may choose available clinic dates based on their schedule. Part-time and supplemental opportunities available, including select weekday and weekend clinic days. Requirements Active MD or DO license in the state of Alabama Completion of the required 4-hour Alabama medical cannabis course, or willingness to complete it Must register with the state as an Alabama medical cannabis certifying physician Strong communication and documentation skills Company Overview The Green Remedy is a multi-state medical cannabis clinic focused on patient education, accessibility, and compliance.
