Job Description

Physician Summary:
Serves as a preceptor for the Nurse Practitioner and is available for medical consultation during center hours. Provides medical management of patients referred by the Nurse Practitioner or refers to other Physicians as needed. Maintains the record of the care provided.
Education:
Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Practitioner
