Job Description

Join an established outpatient primary care practice focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to a senior patient population. This opportunity offers a strong work-life balance, manageable patient volumes, and the support needed to practice medicine at the highest level. Highlights Established patient panel in a Medicare-focused, value-based care setting Small patient volumes focused on quality care 100% outpatient Monday"Friday schedule No nights, weekends, call, or hospital responsibilities Collaborative care team including care coordination, pharmacy support, and advanced clinical resources Salary & Benefits Competitive base salary plus quality-based bonus Four weeks PTO plus paid holidays Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match CME allowance, malpractice coverage, and license/DEA reimbursement Qualifications Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine Active Alabama medical license (or ability to obtain) 3+ years of outpatient primary care experience preferred
