N/A Join a friendly, hospital-employed and independent primary care team serving Harrison and Mountain Home, Arkansas. This permanent, clinical-only opportunity is an outpatient Family Medicine role with a Monday-Friday schedule and ongoing coverage needs. Positions are available as retiring physicians transition out—several clinics are hiring to keep continuity of care for the community. Where you'll work
Harrison, AR:
Two clinics—one staffed by 2 family physicians and 2 APRNs (future retirement replacement), another with 1 family physician and 2 APRNs (retirement replacement). Additional resources in Harrison include an ASC, an imaging center, and three specialty clinics for easy referral and collaboration.
Mountain Home, AR:
A clinic staffed by 4 physicians and 1 APP, with an opening replacing a retiring physician. Practice opportunities include both hospital-employed and independent primary care settings. Patients and practice Outpatient family medicine population providing general primary care.
Case mix:
typical Family Medicine—acute and chronic disease management, preventive care, and continuity of care.
Patient volume/census:
to be determined. Compensation and benefits Competitive base salary plus production bonus potential. Commencement bonus and relocation assistance available. Education stipend when applicable. Eligible for Arkansas Rural Practice Community Match Program if qualified. Retirement plan and professional liability insurance provided. Health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. PTO and CME allowance included. Qualifications BC/BE in Family Medicine required. Active Arkansas medical license or eligibility required; active DEA registration required. New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply. Strong interest in outpatient Family Medicine preferred. What you'll do Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care care. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions. Work collaboratively with physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff. Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation. Support continuity of care and preventive health initiatives.
