Every day you will manage imaging staff, monitor equipment, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with radiologists and other departments to enhance service delivery and patient experience. To be successful, you will demonstrate strong leadership, technical proficiency, and strategic management skills, driving continuous improvement, quality control, and a collaborative environment for departmental success and patient outcomes. Manages the application of diagnostic imaging technology and regulatory standards. Adopts, develops and applies policies, protocols and procedures to measure and improve the quality of diagnostic imaging services provided by different departments and improve customer satisfaction. Manages personnel through performance management, qualified staff selection and training, and effective communication. Manages the safety of diagnostic imaging service activities and creates a safe environment for patients, staff and the public. Job Requirements Required Bachelors Other or a combination of education and/or additional imaging-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree and Minimum of three (3) years of diagnostic imaging experience, upon hire and Two (2) years of experience managing/supervising in a related imaging field Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist, upon hire or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, upon hire or Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT, upon hire or Registered Vascular Technologist, upon hire or Registered Technologist Computed Tomography, upon hire Where You'll Work Located in the Phoenix, Ariz., suburb of Chandler, the Chandler Regional Medical Center is a 429-bed, not-for-profit hospital with more than 2,600 team members and almost 1,000 doctors on staff representing all major specialties. Chandler Regional joined the Dignity Health system in 1999, but has been part of the community for more than 50 years. The hospital includes a Level I Trauma Center, a Heart and Vascular Center, a Wound Healing Center, a Family Birth Center and many additional services. Dignity Health Chandler Regional, Mercy Gilbert, and Arizona General Hospital Mesa awarded $422,000 in grants to support five community projects led by 15 local organizations. Since 1991, Dignity Health's Community Health Improvement Grants program has provided $91 million to nearly 3,800 health projects, focusing on vulnerable and underserved populations. Pay Range $49.78 - $74.05 /hour
