Hiring a Hospitalist/Nocturnist to deliver high-quality inpatient medical care for the Indian Health Service at the Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility in Chinle, AZ. This role places you at the heart of a tribal community health mission, providing direct patient care to an underserved population in the Navajo Nation. You'll work as part of a dedicated clinical team committed to improving health outcomes for patients who depend on this facility as their primary source of hospital-level care.- Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care, including admissions, daily rounds, and discharge planning for hospitalized patients
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions presenting in an inpatient setting
- Coordinate care with specialist consultants, nursing staff, and ancillary healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective patient transitions
