Opportunity Highlights Schedule:

July-December Job Setting:

Hospital Types of Cases:

15-18 patients per day in clinic; 10-15 procedures per week; 3-4 surgeries per week in OR. Required procedures include ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, and flexible cystoscopy. Preferred procedures include TRUS biopsy and in-clinic vasectomy. Disposable flexible cystoscopes available. Robotics available (not required).

Credentialing:

Approximately 30 days

Minimum Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible:

BC or BE Certifications:

DEA required

Licensure:

Arizona license or

IMLC Experience:

Minimum 1 year

1 employed MD, MAs assigned

Orientation:

4 hours remote Cerner training scheduled the week prior to start date
