Job Description

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist for a locum tenens assignment in Arizona. This is a short-term, high-acuity opportunity at a Level 1 Trauma facility with emergency credentialing available.

                      Requirements:
                      • Board Certified or Board Eligible in ENT
                      • Active Arizona medical license required
                      • DEA required
                      • Minimum 1 year of experience required
