We prioritize early intervention, comprehensive supportive services, and positive, developmentally-appropriate learning that meets the needs of each unique child and family. Specifically, we focus on integrated autism care and a play-based model of ABA therapy based on the principles of the Early Start Denver Model. Compensation and role design:
Base pay: $100,500 - $105,500. Annual performance bonus potential up to $5,000. Additional compensation beyond the range for achieving clinical certifications.
Bonus:
Up to $10,000 sign on bonus, based on start date and location.
Support and training:
The Associate Clinical Trainer role is designed as a developmental pathway to the Clinical Trainer position. In this role, individuals will build proficiency in Soar's care model while managing a small caseload and supervising practicum students, before progressing into the Clinical Trainer role.

High Expectations that raise the bar, Collaboration that brings us together as one team, and Fun you can feel the moment you walk into our centers What you will be doing: The Associate Clinical Trainer is responsible supporting 3-4 case supervisors as they grow their clinical and decision making skills Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team (SLP, OT, psychology, developmental pediatrics) on assessments and integrated treatment plans Use ESDM-informed strategies (we provide training, ESDM experience not required) Provide weekly hours of billable supervision, focused on providing supervision to trainees during their first 6 weeks at Soar, and case supervisors preparing for the BCBA exam Host weekly group training and discussion sessions for new trainees at their home center Assist the Clinical Trainer in organizing and hosting quarterly, center-level continuing education events for BCBAs and RBTs Achieve ESDM certification within 2 years of starting your role as a Associate Clinical Trainer What we offer: Implement a unique model of ABA therapy!
