Elite Integrative Group is a fully functioning Holistic primary care practice with a holistic approach to patients health. The ideal candidate should poses a strong desire for high quality care, have outstanding communication skills and a positive attitude to work as a team. We are seeking a passionate and experienced provider who is grounded in natural, holistic, medicine approach to patient care . A practitioner who is open-minded and is very well versed in bio-identical hormonal replacement therapies, nutritional IV, therapies, Ozone, PRP, and much more. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assume all responsibilities as a Naturapathic Physician in diagnosing and treating patients acute and chronic conditions;
- Evaluate patients and provide appropriate medical treatment for various illnesses and injuries;
- Diagnose, prescribe and administer medications in accordance with state and federal statutes;

Motivational and Driven Requirements:
- Current and unrestricted NMD Arizona License
- Experience in family medicine
- Experience working in a private primary care practices
- At least 1-2 years of experience as NMD
- Experience with Tebra EHR is preferred
- Experience in preventative/wellness services is preferred
- Experience holistic, natural medicine Compensation will depend on years of experience, additional skills, level of dedication among other factors.
