Job Description

Join our team in Goodyear, AZ as a full-time Family or Internal Medicine physician delivering comprehensive primary care to a diverse community population. What we offer Competitive salary and benefits package Paid time off and CME opportunities Employer-paid malpractice insurance Collaborative, supportive work environment Key responsibilities Provide high-quality outpatient family medicine care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management Conduct clinical assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans Maintain accurate, policy-compliant medical records Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of care Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited U.S. Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency Board certified in Family or Internal Medicine Valid Arizona medical license and DEA certificate Current BLS certification Minimum three years' experience in community health Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required Cultural competence and ability to work effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds Proficient with basic clinical methods and electronic documentation Strong interpersonal, communication, and basic business English skills Valid Arizona driver's license If you are a compassionate physician committed to delivering excellent community-based care, we encourage you to apply and join our supportive team.
