What You'll Do Deliver high-quality, patient-centered vascular care in an outpatient setting Conduct evaluations, consultations, and develop individualized treatment plans Perform minimally invasive venous and vascular procedures Interpret diagnostic imaging, including venous ultrasound studies Collaborate with sonographers, advanced practice providers, and clinical teams Contribute to a culture focused on excellence, efficiency, and patient outcomes What We Look For Board-certified in Vein and/or Vascular Surgery, General Surgery, Interventional Cardiology, or a related specialty. Active, unrestricted medical license and DEA (or ability to obtain) Prior vein or vascular experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care Interest in a collaborative, growth-oriented outpatient environment Why Join UVVC Monday-Friday schedule — no nights, no weekends, no hospital call Outpatient, office-based setting with consistent procedural volume Dedicated clinical and administrative support so you can stay focused on patient care High earning potential $650K with productivity incentives Sign-on bonus up to $50K A clear path to partnership and equity Interested ?
