Trauma surgeon needed for Level II Trauma Center in western Arizona. Candidate should be Board Eligible or Board Certified and have Fellowship training in Trauma or experience in a Level I facility. Position is employed and candidate will be an assistant or co-director of Trauma Program with one other currently employed Trauma surgeon. There is call from home only. There is the option to have an outpatient clinic for general surgery as well and new physician may cover call for Level III Trauma center. Benefits include generous paid time off, relocation reimbursement and sign-on bonus. Salary is very competitive and includes bonuses. Located in western Arizona on the Colorado River, this medium sized city has earned the title of the outdoor recreation Mecca of the Southwest. The climate is ideal, there is beautiful scenery including rugged mountains, tranquil desert and beautiful shorelines.
