Job Description

Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine / Internal Medicine)
Compensation:
$194K - $284K per year
Job Type:
Full-time, MondayFriday, outpatient-focused; on-call rotation as applicable A community-based healthcare organization is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join an integrated, multidisciplinary care team. This role offers a balance of direct patient care and clinical leadership within a mission-driven outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient environment Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across acute and chronic conditions Supervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers and clinical support staff, as applicable Participate in shared call coverage and after-hours consultation per organizational policy Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical protocols, and patient education Support community outreach, training, and education efforts as needed

Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active medical license (or ability to obtain licensure) Ability to obtain and maintain credentialing with accepted health plans BLS certification Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Experience in a community-based or group practice setting preferred
