Job Description

Join a community-focused team in Peoria, AZ as a full-time Outpatient Family Medicine Physician. This role is ideal for clinicians who value continuity of care in a 100% outpatient setting with minimal call responsibilities.

Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of ACGME-accredited residency in Family or Internal Medicine Board certified or board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license (or eligibility to obtain) Current DEA registration for controlled substance prescribing Prior family medicine experience preferred
