Job Description

Join our team in West Phoenix, AZ as a full‑time physician delivering high-quality primary care to individuals and families across the lifespan. You'll be an integral part of a collaborative practice, providing a full spectrum of outpatient services with an emphasis on preventive care, health maintenance, and the diagnosis and management of both acute and chronic conditions. What you'll do: Deliver comprehensive primary care visits, from routine exams to acute problem visits. Lead preventive care initiatives and screenings to help patients stay well. Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and COPD with evidence-based plans. Educate and empower patients and families to make informed health decisions.
