Schedule:

24 hour call (7a-7a)

Setting:

Inpatient call coverage only.

Required Procedures:

Cystoscopy, biopsies

Credentialing Timeframe:

90 days after receiving completed application with clean file.

Types of Cases:

Urologist duties, consults, surgery if needed, follow up in practice if needed. Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner

Certifications Required:

Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Urology, Basic Life Support

Licensure Required:
