Real Results Medical & Aesthetics is looking for a caring, experienced, and motivated provider to join our growing, integrative wellness team. Who We're Looking For We're searching for a licensed Naturopathic Doctor who is: Compassionate , energetic, and driven by patient outcomes Experienced in men's and women's hormone therapy , pellet therapy, IV therapy, and diagnostic-based treatment planning Excellent at communicating with patients and collaborating with team members Enthusiastic about functional, preventative, and regenerative medicine Interested in starting part-time with potential to grow into full-time as patient volume increases Key Responsibilities Understand and align with patients' health goals and expectations Perform comprehensive health histories and physical exams Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic tests and imaging Develop and explain individualized treatment plans Prescribe medications, supplements, or botanical therapies in line with regulations Provide hormone optimization (including pellet therapy), IV therapy, weight loss, prescribing etc. and oversee treatment sessions Conduct blood draws and oversee patients during IV administration Maintain timely and accurate charting and logging (within 24 hours) Make appropriate specialist referrals Participate in clinical meetings, training, and peer reviews Contribute to ongoing protocol development and clinical research efforts Deliver outstanding patient experiences that lead to trust, retention, and referrals What You'll Need ND Degree from an accredited institution Active Arizona medical license Experience in hormone therapy, IVs, and functional medicine preferred Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Passion for wellness and natural health approaches Proficiency in basic EHR systems and general tech How You'll Win in This Role Provide thoughtful, results-oriented care that supports long-term health transformation or our patients Ensure documentation is consistently thorough and timely Stay engaged with professional development and patient education Maintain a team-first, solutions-focused mindset Represent our clinic with integrity, professionalism, and heart Collaboration within our team is key to our success and clinic outcomes What We Offer A collaborative, growth-oriented team culture Supportive leadership and mentorship Appreciative and loyal patient base Opportunities for continued education, clinical expansion, and career growth Competitive compensation with performance-based potential Ready to Grow With Us?
