Active, valid, unrestricted Physician License (any U.S. state) DEA License (required)

Certifications:

Board Certified in Family Practice BLS (Basic Life Support) ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

Experience Needed:

Completion of 36 months Family Practice Residency (U.S.) Minimum 1 year experience in specialty

Special Skills Needed:

Outpatient primary care Diagnosis and treatment across all age groups Preventive care and chronic disease management EMR/EHR documentation Ability to work in rural/tribal healthcare settings Strong clinical decision-making and patient management Credentialing /

Onboarding Time:

6-8

Weeks Responsibilities:
