Subspecialize:
Incredible demand for Rhinology/Sinus &Sleep (including Inspire.) Endocrine surg, Peds, or Laryngology interests also welcome
  • In the words of a current
ENT:
\"We do University level cases here, but at a much higher volume. We are extremely efficient with none of the bureaucratic headaches of academia.\"
  • Robust clinical & administrative support - each ENT works with at least 1 dedicated APP (8 APPs total support the practice) & 2 dedicated nurses each
  • Minimal call: 1:8 rotation or better
  • Extremely competitive 700K starting base salary + add'l lucrative wRVU bonuses = unprecedented overall earning potential
  • 150K signing bonus
  • Executive-level benefits: 35+ days off, 5% 401K match, health/dental/vision, malpractice w tail, relo stipend
