Permanent Placement Location:

Wickenburg, AZ (Clinic located approximately 18 miles from Wickenburg)

Compensation:

Base Salary:

$125,000•$130,000 annually (based on experience)

Strong Monthly RVU Bonus:

Average $2,000•$5,000 Additional earning potential through overtime, shift premiums, and career advancement

Position Overview:

The Physician Assistant will provide comprehensive primary and women's health services while working independently and collaboratively under physician supervision. This role supports expanded access to care and continuity of treatment for a diverse patient population in a patient‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and obtain detailed medical histories Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic testing including labs, imaging, and EKGs Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with Arizona PA regulations Provide women's health services and preventive care Perform office‑based procedures such as suturing, wound care, and joint injections as applicable Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and care plans Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system Participate in quality improvement and clinical compliance initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Active and unrestricted Arizona PA license (pending license consideration) Current NCCPA certification Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Ability to manage an independent patient schedule in a fast‑paced environment
