Job Description

Independent neurosurgery group in California's South-Central Valley is seeking additional neurosurgeons to join a growing, autonomous practice. This is a rare California market with limited competition, strong hospital support, and an underserved patient population of over 800,000.
Opportunity Highlights:
Independent Practice Model:
True autonomy without corporate bureaucracy, backed by strong hospital relationships, excellent facilities, and outstanding income potential.
Broad Clinical Demand:
Spine, cerebrovascular, cranial, general, pediatrics, and functional neurosurgery all welcome.
Optional Trauma Call:
Available for those interested, not required.
Preferred Skill Set:
Comfortable with a broad surgical scope and some general neurosurgery.

Mentorship Available:
Recently trained neurosurgeons can expect strong mentorship from established, highly trained surgeons.
Compensation:
Expected earnings of $1.3M to $1.7M+. Life in the
